Biography:
Jason Voorhees is the iconic antagonist of the Friday the 13th film franchise. He first appears as a young boy who seemingly drowns in Camp Crystal Lake in the film of the same name (1980), though his role is limited to a flashback sequence.
He returns as the masked killer in Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981), seeking revenge for his mother's death. Jason is typically depicted as a physically imposing, virtually unstoppable force of nature.
